The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying various parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
